Effective Immediately

By joining WorldMC Survival SMP, you agree to all terms below. These rules are enforceable and apply to ALL players.

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing the server, you agree that:

  • You will follow all rules
  • You understand punishments are final
  • You accept loss of access if rules are broken

2. Ownership & Rights

  • All builds, items, and data exist under WorldMC ownership
  • Staff reserve the right to:
    • Remove builds
    • Reset land
    • Rollback progress
  • You are granted permission to play, not ownership

3. No Liability

WorldMC is NOT responsible for:

  • Lost items
  • Server downtime
  • Data resets
  • Player disputes

4. Behavior Policy

You agree to:

  • Respect all players and staff
  • Avoid toxic, abusive, or harmful conduct
  • Follow all gameplay and chat rules

5. Cheating & Exploits

Strictly prohibited:

  • Hacks, mods giving unfair advantage
  • Duplication glitches
  • Bug abuse

👉 Violations may result in instant permanent ban

6. Economy & Transactions

  • All trades are final
  • Scamming is prohibited
  • Staff may intervene in disputes at their discretion

7. Termination of Access

WorldMC staff may:

  • Suspend or ban any player at any time
  • Remove access without warning for severe violations

8. Updates to Terms

Rules may change at any time. Continued play = acceptance of updates.

5. Follow Staff Instructions

  • Mods/admin decisions are final

6. No Impersonation

  • Do not pretend to be staff or other players

7. Stay On Topic

  • Use correct channels

⚖️ Punishment System (Strict & Clear)

Minor Offenses

(Chat spam, minor disrespect)

  • 1st: Warning
  • 2nd: 24h mute
  • 3rd: 3-day ban

Moderate Offenses

(Stealing, repeated toxicity, grief attempts)

  • 1st: 3–7 day ban
  • 2nd: 14-day ban
  • 3rd: Permanent ban

Severe Offenses

(Hacking, griefing, duping, threats)

  • Instant Permanent Ban (No Warning)

Zero-Tolerance Offenses

  • Hate speech
  • Real-life threats
  • Server attacks
